Applications are accepted on a ‘rolling’ basis. An application will not be complete without an uploaded and completed signature page as well as two completed recommendation forms. These documents should be uploaded to the online application itself. If you have trouble accessing the uncompleted signature page and/or the recommendation page, you can download them here and here, respectively.

After you have completed and submitted this application form, including your uploaded signature page and recommendation forms, be sure to have your academic transcripts mailed to us at Center for Transformative Education; 270 Chestnut St., Ste. 202; Redwood City, CA 94063.


TWO IMPORTANT NOTES:

(1) Applicants cannot save text field responses, but can only submit the application when completed. As such we encourage applicants to draft and edit text fields in a word processing application, save the file to your computer, then cut and paste your responses into the online application. This will prevent the accidental loss of data. Click here to download a Word version of the Application.

(2) Make sure to look at the application checklist to be 100% that you have sent us all of the the required forms, which can be accessed here. Without all necessary forms students will not be able to participate in the BBIP program.
