2010 Participants: Run in partnership with the University of San Francisco, this year's pilot Beyond Bridges: Israel-Palestine program, took eight participants on a month-long summer study course through the conflicted "Holy Land." Based in Jerusalem, students and staff explored theories of conflict transformation in and through the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Visiting renowned sites and learning with activists and academics from across the political spectrum, students examined a multitude of non-mainstream opinions on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. After the formal program, students had the option to extend their stay to intern with Israeli-Palestinian NGOs.
