Dina Dajani , Local Coordinator

Born in Amman, Jordan and raised in Jerusalem, Dina Dajani is currently studying Political Science at the American University of Beirut (AUB). She has led a number of educational youth group trips in Israel and Palestine. In addition, Dina served as a participant in a number of inter-group educational programs, including Kids for Peace, Seeds of Peace summer camp, and the International Peace Workshop at Montecatini Dance School in Florence, Italy, experiences that have assisted in her professional training as an educator. Dina teaches Arabic to economically marginalized elementary students in the Beirut metropolitan area, is active in the Palestinian Cultural Club at AUB, and enjoys dancing and works as a Dabkeh (popular Arab folk dance) Instructor (also at AUB). She was a Senior Co-Educator for the summer 2011 BBIP program.
